I'm in the dental field myself, and often I'm asked who I see for dental work. I know countless dentists, but among them all, I chose Dr. Irvani. His attention to detail, gentle demeanor, and high code of ethics makes him the best dentist in Orange County. The materials that Dr. Irvani uses are the absolute best in quality. How do I know this? Being in the dental field, I know the difference. Also, I nosily looked at the materials prior to his placing my crown and fillings. I don't fear needles, but in the past, regardless of the dentist, I've had difficulty getting numb until Dr. Irvani. Dr. Irvani's injections (shots) are not only painless, they are few in quantity! With other dentists I required 5 to 6 shots of anesthetic. It took ONLY ONE injection with Dr. Irvani! I was astounded. He has a great team of hygienists who do a impeccable and painless job of cleaning my very sensitive teeth. His office is inviting, calm, clean, and friendly. My experience at his office was so positive that I trusted Dr. Irvani with my mother's dental implant case. It was a complicated procedure that he finished beautifully. I recommend Dr. Irvani to anyone who seeks high quality, painless, and ideal dentistry.

I absolutely loved my experience @ Dr Irvani's office.I had a root canal and crown in 2 appointments . The Dr was skilled ,professional and confident !The injections were painless and the treatment was fast but meticulous! The staffs were friendly and the office was clean.I would def go back !

I am very happy with Dr. Irvani and his staff. He performed a very challenging implant for me on a small front, lower tooth about 5 years ago, and it looks excellent. I have since come here for all of my routine cleanings and checkups as well and have always had great experiences... As great as dental experiences can be, anyhow.

I recently had a terrible experience at Avalon in RSM so I switched to Dr. Irvani. This place is definitely the nicest dentist office I have ever been to. I've been to some questionable places before so I'm stoked on that. I've always had a pretty bad experience with X-rays because the things you bite down on in your mouth hurt ridiculously bad. For the first time in my life, the X-rays didn't hurt. I was in and out pretty quick with an appointment to get my wisdom teeth removed this Saturday. I'm stoked to have found a good spot so close to home.
